BioTroy has been the first to identify the key receptors and functions of this IO target, and the therapeutic potency of the mAb has been validated in multiple  models. A FIC monoclonal antibody targeting solid tumors such as breast cancer and lung cancer. The scientific discoveries underlying the BT02 target represent breakthroughs in the understanding of T cell functional suppression, immune privilege and tumor immune evasion.
